• Your CV
• Details of your career background

Information you share is used to:

• Provide 1-to-1 career mentoring
• Provide CV or LinkedIn written reviews
• Communicate with you about bookings, sessions and reviews
• Prepare session notes and action items for you

I do not use your information for any purpose beyond providing and communicating about these services.

Sharing of information

Your information is not sold. I may use ordinary third-party tools (for example, note-taking, document or communication tools) to help deliver mentoring sessions and written reviews. Where this happens, only the information needed to provide the service is used, and these tools are chosen for their general reliability and reputation rather than any special certification.

Retention

I keep CVs, session notes and related materials for as long as reasonably useful in case you return for further mentoring, and I delete or archive older material periodically. If you would like your information deleted sooner, you can request this at any time.

You can ask, at any time and via LinkedIn, to:

• See what information I hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Request that your information be deleted, where reasonably possible

Communication

All enquiries, bookings and most communication take place over LinkedIn, so LinkedIn's own privacy policy also applies to messages sent through its platform.
