These terms explain how Vishal Kumar Career Mentoring services work. By booking a session or requesting a review, you agree to the terms below.

Nature of the service

Career mentoring, CV reviews and LinkedIn reviews are educational and informational in nature. They are designed to help you improve your positioning, preparation and decision-making. No interview, job offer or other employment outcome is guaranteed, and individual results vary. Past outcomes achieved by Vishal Kumar or by other mentees do not guarantee similar outcomes for any client.

Services offered

• 1-to-1 career mentoring sessions (30, 45 or 60 minutes), held online
• CV review - written feedback delivered within 3 working days
• LinkedIn review - written feedback delivered within 3 working days

Pricing

• 1-to-1 mentoring: £20 (30 minutes), £30 (45 minutes), £40 (60 minutes)
• First 1-to-1 session: 50% off - £10 (30 minutes), £15 (45 minutes), £20 (60 minutes)
• CV Review: £10
• LinkedIn Review: £10

Current prices are shown on the pricing section of the site and may be updated from time to time.

Referral discount

If you refer someone who books and pays for a 1-to-1 session, CV review or LinkedIn review, you will receive 10% off your next session or review. This can be earned every time a successful referral pays.

Booking

All bookings and enquiries are made through LinkedIn, via the Services section of Vishal Kumar's LinkedIn profile. Exact session times are agreed directly over LinkedIn after a request is submitted.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer once a session or review has been confirmed.

Sessions

All 1-to-1 mentoring sessions are conducted online. Session notes and action items are provided after 1-to-1 sessions only; they are not included with standalone written reviews.

Written reviews

CV and LinkedIn reviews are standalone, asynchronous services. They do not include a live session unless one is booked separately. Written feedback is delivered within 3 working days of the review being confirmed. CV and LinkedIn reviews are non-refundable once work on them has begun.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Plans can change. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a 1-to-1 session, and another time will be arranged. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require payment in advance before future sessions are confirmed.

Age requirement

This service is currently available to clients aged 18 and over.

No guarantees

No specific interview, job offer, or career outcome is guaranteed as a result of any session or review. Results depend on many factors outside of this service's control, including the job market, the individual's background, and the actions they take. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a particular result.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time as the service evolves. The version on this page is always the current one.
